Netting Your Ancestors

One of the most frustrating things a person can experience is trying to find information on their ancestors. This is especially true if you are not sure where to look. Since many sources in Books and on the Internet can be confusing and give conflicting information, we have devoted this page to helping you in your search.

If you have a question about your ancestors or just need help finding more information, fill out one of the forms below and mail to our genealogist.

1. Ancestor Information Form This form is in Adobe PDF format. Just print the Form to complete Give as much information as possible to help our Genealogist track down information about your ancestor. If you have more sources than will fit in the botton of the form, just complete the rest on the back of the form.

2. MicroSoft Word format This form is also in Microsoft Word format. Just print the Form to complete Give as much information as possible to help our Genealogist track down information about your ancestor. If you have more sources than will fit in the botton of the form, just complete the rest on the back of the form.
Once the form is completed send it by mail to:

Usage Guidelines
From Google Book Search
  • Make non-commercial use of the files. Google Book Search was designed for use by individuals, and they request that you use these files for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Maintain attribution The Google "watermark" you see on each file is essential for informing people about this project and helping them find additional materials through Google Book Search. Please do not remove it.

  • Keep it legal Whatever your use, remember that you are responsible for ensuring that what you are doing is legal. Do not assume that just because Google believes a book is in the public domain for users in the United States, that the work is also in the public domain for users in other countries. Whether a book is still in copyright varies from country to country, and Google can’t offer guidance on whether any specific use of any specific book is allowed. Please do not assume that a books appearance in Google Book Search means it can be used in any manner anywhere in the world. Copyright infringement liability can be quite severe.
